It is not like that movie of Hany Ramzy “3ayez 7a2i” , this time after I read the Egyptian Dostour I was really shocked!!!!
The paragraph no. 189 specially which indicates that either the president or third the parliament should ask for a change in the destour and if this happen the parliament should discuss this change before putting it into public vote.
Ok now let us look at some math we have 444 parliaments in Egypt that means one third must be 148, so if only 148 of Egyptian parliaments are convinced that we need to change the dostour ( paragraph no. 76,77) they can do it.
For god sake!!! If we can go now and ask Egyptians do you want to change or not they will damn say YES (at least 80%).
This means that more than 2/3 of the parliaments in Egypt are not representing the people in the right way , they are not the voice of people and off course they are not sharing them the visions or thoughts.
Can any one share me ideas about this big dilemma?

no i'm afraid ther is a missing part here, article 189 says that 1- the third of the parliment can suggest the change - 2- the majority (means 50%) should accept the request which allows the parliment to discuss the issue - 3- two third (66%) of the parliment should accpept the change and at that time they have to go to the general referundum. that's why it was very important for the ndp to keep more than 2/3 of the parliment in their control to guarantee that they can make any change they want, however do you think that our parliment represent our people? :)
You are typically right.
I just wanted 1/3 to represent the people and after that when the NPD oppose this suggestion it will be the naked truth for every one that this NPD is going no where.

thoughts change everything :) i just wanted you to notice that the ndp didnt leave the 1/3 of the parliment to be free to do what they want the ikhwan has almost 1/4 and few other independents , the ndp cannot afford to leave the third free to do what you want them to do

This was really hilarious; the same people who opposed the journalists five minutes ago were the same to clap their hands later.
